Economics + Strategy

The Lima Community Improvement Corporation (LCIC) achieves its mission through a variety of programs and initiatives aimed to restore and rebuild stable neighborhoods in the City of Lima through real estate development and the promotion and preservation of home ownership. The LCIC collaborates with public and private investment partners to rehabilitate existing in the city as well as infilling the vacant parcels with new homes.
