“The LCIC has partnered with the City of Lima to create the Better Blocks for Business program, which is designed to assist Lima’s neighborhood businesses along commercial corridors that are located in historically distressed and underserved neighborhoods. Better Blocks for Business is a grant program offering up to $15,000 to fund exterior building improvements such as brick, siding, windows, doors, painting, lighting and more
